Graffiti
It's amazing, but I never realized just how clean Malaysian walls are in general, it can sometimes be quite difficult to find any graffiti at all, but in Europe, especially Germany it would seem, every available surface not actively patrolled by some guardsmen or police is painted with some graffiti.

Ya the graffiti "mania" or syndrome - whatever name it is called by - is a curse and a gross waste of public funds!! (for cleaning up. It is everywhere in Hungary too! Not so prevalent in Oz and Malaysia- thank goodness I must say! Or is it that we are in areas - both Malaysia and Oz where it is not so prevalent? Still where they do occur the Local Councils in Oz are taking stringent actions to stem them. Latest is to ban selling of can spray to those below 18! But are they sure the culprits are confirned to that age group? Already in force is making the parents pay for the clean-up in cases where the culprits are known and caught.
